Billing and payment collection for this service are handled by Stripe, Inc.
The payment method and timing for information fees are subject to the terms set by the billing and collection agency.
Charges will be applied once the application process for a paid plan is completed, and the amount will be withdrawn on the date specified in the contract with the billing and collection agency.
Please note that this service uses Stripe’s auto-renewing subscription feature, so charges will continue unless you cancel the auto-renewal yourself.
Payment period [For Bank Transfer]
When upgrading from a free plan to a paid plan, the service will become available once the transfer to our designated bank account has been completed and confirmed by our system.

Processing is completed immediately.
Necessary costs other than the product price Consumption tax and local consumption tax are included as indicated in the “Sales Price” section.
Any unspecified costs are to be borne by the customer.
Users are responsible for the cost of internet connectivity and any required devices.
In the case of paying by bank transfer, users will borne any bank transfer fees.
Matters concerning cancellation or termination Due to the nature of the service, refunds cannot and will not be issued once a contract is finalized.
Additionally, the company reserves the right to suspend or deny service use without prior notice under the following circumstances:
  1. If the user violates any terms of this agreement or has previously breached a contract with the company.
  2. If false information is provided during user registration.
  3. If the user ceases payments, becomes insolvent, or files for bankruptcy, civil rehabilitation, corporate reorganization, special liquidation, or similar legal procedures.
  4. If the service has not been used for over 6 months.
  5. If the user fails to respond to the company’s inquiries or other requests for more than 30 days.
  6. If the user is determined to be part of, financially support, or be otherwise involved with antisocial forces (such as organized crime groups, extremist groups, etc.), or if the company determines that they have any form of association or engagement with such groups.
  7. If the company determines that continued use of the service or renewal of the contract would be inappropriate or detrimental for any reason.
Withdrawal of application, etc. This service does not fall under the cancellation rights stipulated in Article 15-3 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
Contract renewal The contract period for the paid plan is one year.

At the end of the contract period, the plan will automatically revert to the free plan. If you wish to continue with the paid plan, it will be reactivated once the transfer to our designated bank account has been completed and confirmed by our system.
[For Credit Card Payment]
This service uses an auto-renewing subscription feature provided by the billing and collection agency.
Unless you cancel the auto-renewal through the payment system yourself, charges will continue automatically.
Responsibility regarding service provision
  1. Users assume full responsibility for how they use the information provided through this service, and the company holds no liability for any disputes or claims arising from its use.
  2. The company does not guarantee that this service is free from bugs, defects, or errors.
  3. The company does not guarantee that this service meets the user’s specific requirements, achieves expected functionality, or complies with all relevant laws or industry standards applicable to the user. Additionally, the company does not guarantee that the service will always function without issues.
  4. The company bears no liability for damages, losses, or disputes arising from changes to the service content, suspension, termination, refusal of service, freezing or deleting user accounts, loss of messages or information sent via the service, loss of user data, including device malfunctions or damages caused by service usage.
  5. If, for any reason, the company is deemed liable, compensation will not exceed the total amount the user has paid for the service over the past 12 months. The company is not liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, future, or lost profit damages.
  6. The company holds no responsibility for transactions, communications, or disputes between users and third parties arising from the use of this service or the company website.
